Can't argue with that.Best of luck to him in his international career.
Ruddock's tackle stats consistently too low for me to be taken seriously as a Six Nations blindside..... Ruddock's defensive stats don't stack up. - All Blacks Nil, Jan 15th, 2014

Saw somewhere that Furlong has played 36 mins since November. Henshaw and Furlong have played practically no rugby in 5 months.
And Sexton has only started once since October also - in the 1280 minutes Leinster have played this season, Sexton has played 258, Furlong 76 and Henshaw 355 - very low numbers"

Sheehan has gone down with a hamstring injury now as well. I remember this happening years ago to arsenal football club where a sizeable portion of their squad got hamstring injuries which was rumoured to be the result of how they were exercised by strength and conditioning coaches at the time. Has there been a change this season to who does that for Leinster??

Ireland and Leinster fullback Hugo Keenan has signed a three year IRFU contract that will see him continue his career in Ireland until the end of the 2025/26 season.

You would imagine that the 2 Jameses would sign new central contracts soon.

I always forget which players actually have central contracts, I'm assuming this is your list of people who you think should get them (although as mentioned, Porter already has one)? Don't think JGP or Conan have any chance from that list, but the rest are possibilities for sure.

Mildly is correct. Porter is definitely on one. As is Ryan. Amazingly Dorris and JVDF are not. Neither are Sheehan or Kelleher or JGP.

Central contracts ending at the WC.

J Ryan, K Earls, J Sexton, P O'Mahony, Ian Henderson.

Jacob Stockdale has already been announced as moving to Ulster contract at the end of this season.

Sexton and Earls presumably won't be going again. Ryan a sure thing.

Leaving O'Mahony and Henderson as the question marks
