The question re the TMO and what feeds he or she uses or doesn't use last week was answered definitively. Nonetheless, it seems many people are under the distinct impression, that the French TV directors are biased in the choice of footage they show on the big screen at matches involving their own national team or where French clubs are playing foreign opponents. It seems to me, and I don't think I'm alone on this, that when French players are fouled or a visiting player puts a foot in touch or whatever, that the footage automatically gets replayed on the big screen to get the home ground baying for blood and putting pressure on the ref and his assistants, whereas similar incidents, where drawing attention to them would be disadvantageous for the home team, are ignored and not put up on the big screen. Do the TV directors of other nations do this? If they do, I haven't noticed it. Certainly, I would be interested to hear the Blues Talk team's thoughts on this matter - particularly as our beloved Leinster boys in less than two weeks time will be playing the final of the ERCC in a French stadium against a French team, with French TV in charge of the coverage on the television and on the big screen(s) in the Marseille Velodrome.

As a follow on to that, was the high tackle on JVDF shown in the stadium?

This week on Blues Talk we take a look back at Leinster's Champions Cup semi-final victory over Toulouse, look forward to the final against La Rochelle and to the interprovincial clash against Munster, and try to get Jason's Broadband working.

Should we be afraid of the Skelton in the closet?
You know I'm going to lose,
And gambling's for fools,
But that's the way I like it baby, I don't want to live FOREVER!

What does Leinster's victory tell us about the future of Munster Rugby?

Looking forward to it

I like your right leg. A lovely leg for the role.
I've got nothing against your right leg.
The trouble is ... neither have you
