A player that has really surprised me this season is Dylan O’Grady, did not expect him to be so good given his size. He seems to have the full package really, he can kick, tackle anything that comes near him and a serious threat in attack with a lot of pace and foot work. A lot of the players in that Ireland u20 squad seem like really exciting prospects. Pretty impressive considering they pretty much had a year out of the game due the pandemic

Aaron O'Sullivan was rated highly but doesn’t seem to be listed in the Leinster academy. He’s part of the Ireland 7s set up so hopefully the next Hugo Keenan

Andrew Smith is more likely to follow that path than Aaron O'Sullivan who never really made an impression while in the leinster academy, despite playing for Wasps at 18.

McGuire not starting is a surprise, I know he picked up a knock in his latest game I wonder is it linked to that.

Huge surprise. He is a unit, a good ball carrier and a good mover around the park for such a big man. A lot of potential for a professional career.

Looking forward to seeing Aitzol Arenzana King get a run out too – very good athlete, quick and powerful. I would see more potential for him in the 'big winger' role than anybody we have produced since Adam Byrne. Hopefully there's a route for him to spend some time with James Lowe over the coming year so that he can pick up some insight about how to get lots of involvements in games.

I'm guessing its injury related, he went off injured in the last warmup game and hasnt played since.

Rumour has it that Spicer is lined up as a tighthead wing.

Conor O'Tighearnaigh (U20/St Michael’s College/UCD)
Morrissey is probably slightly to small to make it as a second row. How would people rate O'Tighearnaigh? Is he big enough?

He is big enough anyway, never seen him play so will be watching with interest.
