Hard to argue against us being in the easier pool.

2 Castres Olympique
3 Edinburgh Rugby
4 Exeter Chiefs
5 Gloucester Rugby
6 Harlequins
7 Leinster Rugby
8 Lyon
9 Racing 92
10 Saracens

12 Union Bordeaux-Bègles

Don't like this format but it is what it is.....

We have done okay there, two wins over Gloucester probably gets us through and one win v Racing makes it secure. Racing away not impossible either. Glad to miss LAR and Toulouse.

Not a fan of the two legged last 16 thingy but anyway.

The organisers have listened to your feedback and acted - you wouldn't have gotten that with the prior shower
I like your right leg. A lovely leg for the role.
I've got nothing against your right leg.
The trouble is ... neither have you

Excellent, proper order, delighted they are paying attention to the real fans on the Babbling Brook. :D

Two great trips and lots of sides in our pool who will take points off each other.

Racing are losing quite a few big players this year (Thomas, Tanga, Machenaud, Colombe) and bringing in only one big name (Gelant). Still a formidable side but I can't wait to see us in the disco arena.

Nice draws this year. I think all the provinces will fancy their chances against those sides.

Can see that one being a Sunday afternoon game.
Easy one for me to get to; could be a pain for people travelling from Dublin.

You'd have think Saracens will top the pool with 20pts from Edinburgh and Lyon.

Hmmm, dunno about that. Toulon beat Saracens in France, and then Lyon handled Toulon fairly easily. You sometimes get Rock, Paper, Scissors results in rugby, but even so those results suggest Lyon will be no mugs.

Yeah, and not the only one. A couple of jackets and a wallet belonging to various supporters (the wallet was mine) 'went astray' back in 06. The wallet was later found discarded sans cash and cards.

Head coach heading for Toulon. Losing Ngatai too. They've never really been a big name side mind and drags us down into a slog over there in 19/20 beofre throwing in the towel in the away fixture. Scheduling of the fixtures will be key. 1 win and a bp or 2 could be enough to get to the next round if they're interested. But new coach could take the view he just wants to focus on T14.
