Aviva Stadium seating for unreserved Season Ticket holders

Did we miss the opportunity to create groups for supporters who have individual unreserved season tickets (terrace & North/South)

We have always had groups for big aviva games, but I didn't see sn email this year

Ticket office say the email to create a group was sent 2 weeks ago but no one in our group got it. When we got the email to move seats I contacted the ticket office and they sorted us out.
