Leinster lead by nine points and need two more points to be assured of 1st place in table and home advantage throughout the knock-out stages. But it will be tough against a Stormers side who are eyeing up a late run for top place themselves.

So it's not often that you have to wait until April for the first Leinster v Munster game of the season.

This fixture was meant to take place last Christmas but Covid forced it off. Then an Ed Sheeran concert in May meant that this date, which was originally meant for the game at the Aviva, was switched to Thomond. But we're here eventually and it will be interesting to see how the sides match up.

So another Six Nations championship is done.

Ireland scored the most tries/points and conceded the fewest yet were still second to the best team in the tournament (and possibly the world) in France. At times the new attacking style worked like a charm but it stuttered badly for long phases too when Ireland's handling skills couldn't match their ambition.
